Besides gaining high-quality knowledge – as I undoubtedly have – I have also gained a spiritual connection with the Jewish people of Israel. Israel has become even closer to me, and Hebrew more understandable. Learning the Talmud, besides the information contained therein, is teaching me to think like a Jew. I am sure that this, together with the knowledge I have gained, will stay with me for life.
