Russian-speaking seminars in USA with participation of rav Asher Kushnir & Rebbetzen Hava Cooperman

The primary focus of Toldos Yeshurun's activities is Eretz Israel, where there are more than a million Russian-speakers.  One of every four Israelis speaks Russian.

 

 

 

In the USA there are also large communities of people from the Former Soviet Union. Baruch Hashem, lots of lessons, gatherings, and seminars are provided for them.  During this year, HaRav Ben Tzion and Rav Asher Kushnir, also a reknown Toldos Yeshurun educator, have fulfilled numerous requests from Baalei Tshuva in America by giving eagerly-awaited lectures in Los Angeles, Ottawa, Detroit, Baltimore, Boston, Passaic, Philadelphia,  New York, Cherry Hill and other communities.

 

 

Rav Kushnir has recorded a series of lectures about family happiness and child-rearing, and many thousands of these CDs and tapes are in circulation. These lectures have, in a short time, touched the hearts of hundreds and hundreds of  people on three continents.

This week, a new series of seminars will begin, given by the Yaroslavich family, which is famous among American and Canadian Russian-speakers.  Rav Asher Kushnir and Rebbetzen Hava Cooperman, daughter of Rav Yitzhak Zilber, will participate. (details ).

During Hanukah week, Rav Asher Kushnir will continue giving lessons in California, and Rebbetzen Hava Cooperman will return to Eretz Israel to participate in the Hachnasat Sefer Torah on Decenber 26th, in commemoration of Rav Yitzhak Zilber.

 

From December 27th through 29th, a series of lessons will be held in California.

 

Rav Asher will lead a Shabbaton for Russian-speaking youth on December 30th and 31st. (details).

 

A large number of friends of Toldot Yeshurun from California, New York, Baltimore, Boston and other places will take part in this Shabaton.
